There needs to be more sleep hours in the day. I could have used a bit more sleep this morning let’s face it. But that’s not going to happen now. Oh great I have hiccups now. I don’t know where that came from. Let’s see if I can hold my breath. If that helps then the hiccups will be gone and everything will be fine and dandy. Nope that’s not happening either. Dang it. Maybe I’ll get there maybe.
Today I was awarded “Student of the Month” at school. They played some patriotic songs while we waited for the ceremony to begin. My thoughts weren’t on the ceremony at all, I was too busy thinking about all the people who died yesterday and will probably die today due from complications to what happened yesterday. I wondered if they would say anything about the 11th, but they didn’t. It was business as usual kind of thing. The ceremony was nice, my parents were there to cheer me on. I know it’s not a glamorous award, I mean they hand them out every month. But it felt good to be recognized.
