It's Life, What More Do You Want?

This life is here for a reason, we don’t have to say exactly what that reason is, we just have to believe in it no matter what happens in this life, we have to understand one thing. That thing is that we are not alone in the universe. I’m not saying there are aliens out there, but yeah there are aliens out there. It’s a concept that people have wondered about from time to time, there doesn’t appear to be anything else you can do but wonder what’s going on in the skies above us! There are so many things in this life that don’t always seem to matter, but you wish they would, at least that’s what I’d like to think would happen. I’m not sure that’s how this life is meant to be understood of course. If there’s anything in this life that doesn’t make sense, then it will always be there. Always chase your dreams no matter what. What’s the worst that can happen? If you don’t try, you’ll never know.

Let’s get the definition of a Social Construct out of the way first: A social construct is an idea, concept, or category that exists not in objective reality, but rather because a society collectively agrees to acknowledge, uphold, and treat it as real through ongoing human interaction. Make sense to everyone? Okay then. Here’s my thought process: Religion is a Social Construct. It can’t exist without the willing acknowledgement of others. If it was one person who believed that religion was real? That would be something completely different. But if an entire group, or in this case a good portion of the world, believes in something? Then it exists. It’s an interesting thought to say the least. I highly doubt people would go as far as believing something if they truly didn’t believe it existed though. So the thought process has to run deep, doesn’t it. I doubt there’s a way to make an entire section of people not believe in something. I highly doubt that’s possible. Is it easier to...
