Lots of thoughts in my head tonight. Not sure where half of them are coming from or where they are going. I suppose everything will work out in the end.

Why yes I am speaking of how quickly the weekend went. Honestly it went by faster than a slug on a turtle. Mind you that's pretty fast... for the slug. The turtle is use to walking that fast. So yep the weekend is over, back to work and all of that fun stuff.

Talk about way easy to add to a date using MySQL. Didn't know it would be this simple: Let's say you want to add a certain number of years to a date: DATE_ADD(NOW(), INTERVAL 1 YEAR) Now, wasn't that easy? You can do the same thing for days as well. Just change INTERVAL 1 YEAR to INTERVAL 1 DAY Yep, that's pretty much it. Happy coding!

Oh yes, President's Day is on Monday. Which means day off!! I can handle that... oh yes very much so. Think I'll relax tomorrow... do somethings here and there. But yeah mostly just sit back and relax. Fun times, good times. Can't wait. Oh that means I can also stay up late tonight... and well into tomorrow morning without having to worry about going into work. Sounds like a plan to me!

What is it about Soda that's so yummy? Probably all the sugar and stuff they put in it. It's amusing how some people prefer a brand of soda over another... how they can't live without it etc. Can't say that I'm addicted to a certain brand. If it's soda, I'll probably drink it no matter what. All the soda.

Darn Polar Bears were keeping me up last night. Not sure what on earth they were doing... thought they hibernated during this time of year. Guess I was wrong. All I could hear was a seasaw. Guess the Polar Bears were just not sleepy and wanted to have some fun? Yeah no clue. I think I'll waddle over to their habitat later on and see what they're up to. We've been neighbors for a while now... and haven't gotten to know them. Or I'll just go looking for fish. Mmmm fish.

Dear Weekend. You find a way to amuse me. That's why I think you're the best. Well more than that of course. I think I just enjoy sleeping in and watching TV. Yeah something like that. Not quite sure at all... it's all just yeah all of that. Sweet, I'm starting not to make sense early on in the post... that can't be good. I started watching Nowhere Man again. I should write blog posts about the episodes. Such a good show that is.

So I was looking for a way to fade out and slide... I was turned towards animate. But I'm not quite sure that's what I want... its kinda choppy. Guess I'll continue searching.

Oh JQuery. I've missed working with you. Time to pick the book back up and learn something new. Personally the dialog boxes rocked and all of that... yeah that's the extent of what I know so far.

Ah Monday... first day of the week. So fun. So yeah. Hi Monday.

The mind is an interesting piece of equipment. Always working. It keeps you breathing, helps your legs move, your arms etc when you need them to move. It can also be the cause of much heartache and loss. Especially when memories are involved. Just some random thinking for tonight.

Oh yes... I'm awake for some reason. Haven't a clue why exactly. Just here I am. I wonder what tomorrow will bring... hopefully something good.

I was working on something today... more of a proof of concept. I had a dynamic form from which the user would fill it out and click submit. They would then see if they filled it out correctly. Well, I got a little stumped for a second or two regarding it... how would I check if the question was processed. Usually I do: IsDefined("form.fieldname") But with my question looking like: answer_#q.question_id# I couldn't quite do that. CF kept telling me it hated me. (Honest, those were its exact words.) So I had to figure something out. At first I thought I'd have to use Evaluate... but well would you know that would be the wrong course of action? Ran across a website that told me to do this: form["answer_#q.question_id#"] Would you know that it worked? Oh yes it sure did work. So that made my day.

Just trying to figure out more things on WordPress... for kicks. Nothing too big... mostly have to do with theme related stuffs. It's something for sure.

Oh the PS1 variable. Good times for customizing your Linux Prompt. Been attempting to figure out a good Linux Prompt for my computer. Still looking into it... and still trying to figure out exactly what it is I want my prompt to display. If I don't figure that out... well what's the use of having a prompt at all. Yep all of that. So we'll just have to wait and see what happens with all of that. Good times head.
