Reality Is An Illusion

Reality is an illusion. The universe is a hologram. Buy gold. Bye! - Bill Cipher, Gravity Falls Ah what an interesting thought process Bill has. Sure he was evil as all get out, I mean who wouldn’t be after all he is a triangle. No, not the triangle from the song, however he might be? I’m not sure where the shoe runners got the inspiration for Bill Cipher to be honest. He’s pure evil, that’s for sure. But it does bring about a question. What if this life is an illusion? We can’t say for sure it’s not. We live day in and day out wondering if life will be what it is meant to be, or how it’s meant to be processed. Maybe this life isn’t more than it’s cracked up to be. It could be whatever it wants to be and we are left here picking up the pieces wondering if there’s something more to behold from it all. I’m not sure. It would be nice to be able to figure out what this life has in store for us. I mean, come on. There has to be something this life is good at, right? I sure as hell ho...

The Weekend

The weekend is here! Finally! It feels like it has been quite a long week. I don’t know why it feels like a long week. Eh! I’ll get over it. Thinking of other things, I need to write more of my story that I’m working on. A thought. We might be different manifestations of the same individual. Think about that for a moment. We are part of someone’s imagination. You believe you’re thinking for yourself? Think again. I can understand how jarring such a concept can feel. But what if it’s the truth?? Being inside the simulation, we don’t have the luxury of knowing what’s beyond the programming which surrounds us. Naturally we want to believe we are in complete control over our lives. But what if that isn’t the case at all? What are we to do with this information? I’m not sure if anyone knows the answer to that. There are many questions in this life we don’t have the answers to. It's Friday!

So, Friday came? I think? Maybe? Yeah, the jury is still out on that one. I for one enjoy when a weekend comes. It’s quite a nice detour through which everything is possible. No, I’m not sure if I understand what I just wrote either. But hey, it’s the weekend. There’s nothing to do but go and do whatever there is to do! The world is our oyster as it were. Nope, don’t have a clue where that phrase came from either. It would be nice to be able to determine something in this life. I think? Maybe? Who knows. As long as I’m livin’ I ain’t dyin’. I guess that’s one way to look at it all with a perspective that matches nothing. Been thinking lately, life isn’t as bad as I thought it was. I mean is. Yeah you know what I mean. It’s life after all. There’s nothing to worry about when life comes your way. You either buckle down and face the music, or you wimp out and let life do its thing. The choice is yours.

Weekend Funzies

 The weekend is just about here. Talk about a relief. I enjoy the weekend. I can sleep in. If I do sleep in that is. Doesn't mean I will actually do that of course. Sleep isn't always guaranteed. Just like how I didn't sleep much last night. I kept waking up over and over again. It wasn't the most pleasant of experiences I've ever had in my life. Finally woke up at 3 am this morning. That wasn't the best thing to happen. But it did. Oh well, there's nothing like not sleeping to get you in the mood for a nice long nap I suppose. Who needs sleep anyway? Seriously. Wouldn't it be better if we didn't have to sleep? Somehow program it out of our systems. Now that  would be an interesting thing to happen. I guess if we were Cylons we could do that, but well we aren't. We're just human doing our human thing, living our human life. There's no replacement for any of that. Unfortunately. Today Is Saturday

 It's another weekend. What am I going to do with today. I do not know. I might read a book, scroll the internet, or something else completely. It would be nice if I had something to figure out or do. I feel more productive during the weekdays. Maybe I'll figure out something to do today. What I need to do is get into therapy asap. But there are other concerns that bother me. I'm not sure what to do about any of it. I wonder what this therapist will say to me. Will they even read what I've written in their little form? Who knows. They tend to have me repeat what I've already said over and over again. So who knows what this will be all about. I can't wait to see my therapist to be honest. It will be a good thing for sure.

Oh Weekend We Meet Again

Well the weekend decided to come again. Not sure how I feel about that, well except for the fact that I enjoy the weekends as much as I possibly can. Dog woke up on his usual time, darn bloody early if you ask me. But he's a dog, he doesn't quite get that it's the weekend and that he's meant to sleep in. Yeah something like that. The cats on the other hand know that sleeping is good for you. I mean think of how much they tend to sleep all the time? Yep all of that for sure. So dear weekend, I feel like just hanging out with you and having some fun. Is that to much to ask? Nope didn't think so.

Monday is President's Day

Oh yes, President's Day is on Monday. Which means day off!! I can handle that... oh yes very much so. Think I'll relax tomorrow... do somethings here and there. But yeah mostly just sit back and relax. Fun times, good times. Can't wait. Oh that means I can also stay up late tonight... and well into tomorrow morning without having to worry about going into work. Sounds like a plan to me!

Oh Weekend

Dear Weekend. You find a way to amuse me. That's why I think you're the best. Well more than that of course. I think I just enjoy sleeping in and watching TV. Yeah something like that. Not quite sure at all... it's all just yeah all of that. Sweet, I'm starting not to make sense early on in the post... that can't be good. I started watching Nowhere Man again. I should write blog posts about the episodes. Such a good show that is.

Ah Weekend

The weekend was good to me. At least I think it was good to me. Can't complain regarding it. It was just a weekend. Got to relax and just sit back and do nothing. Yes that's what I did indeed. Tomorrow starts a new workweek. Good times to be had for sure. So glad that for all of the things that I have in life. Not the material things, but more along the lines of security etc. To recap what I did... watched a movie, watched some TV. Worked on some WordPress template stuff... and yep just did nothing. But I already said that now didn't I? Yeah well... that's it.

Weekend Recap

Okay so possibly more than just a weekend recap... perhaps more of a week recap? Went out to Wendover this past week. Had some good times there. Won a little bit of money, which is always a nice thing. Played off of the winnings. So we didn't hit the atm at all much. Which is a better plus. Having money to spend is always a good thing. Spent the weekend down south at the inlaws. It was nice to get away for a bit. The dogs enjoyed being down there during the week. Zoie didn't want to come home with us. We almost left her... but she came back and is chilling again up here. So yep, it was a great weekend!

Happy Halloween

Well, today is that day where kids go out dressed as monsters, porn stars dress down (wait isn't that everyday?) and people wait at their door to hand out candy. Well unless they decide to go out to dinner and a movie instead. ;-) Ah yes, Halloween. Such a festive day... getting a sugar rush followed by a huge headache! Fun times, fun times indeed. Went to Wal-Mart today. Saw a bunch of people dressed up walking around there getting their last minute supplies for whatever activities they have going on today/tonight. Was fun to see the people that work there dressed up. Saw a vampire even, very good indeed. Have a fun, safe happy Halloween. Don't eat too much candy... and make sure you take some of the kids's candy 'cause they don't need all that sugar!

The Weekend

So, this weekend is almost here. Fun times are to be had for sure... well that is if you have money to go some place. It's an interesting thought, you want to go out and do something this weekend and all of that... but if you don't have any money to do anything... well you have a slight problem. So, what can you do... you stay home, and make the weekend your own. Just because you don't have money doesn't mean you can't do anything fun... do you have any games in your closet? Play those. Or you could just sleep in. Perhaps enjoy a relaxing walk or a drive around the block. Yeah the block... ah good times with that one. Take the dog for a walk, go visit neighbors... endless possibilities. Go read a book even. You remember what those are right? They have hard covers or soft covers... they have words in them? Yeah those things! Anywho... I might do all of the above this weekend. It will be nice to have a day off.

Day at the Zoo

Went to Hogle Zoo today with some family that was visiting from out of town. It was a good time. There was some kind of Halloween thing going on the day we went, that was classic... so crowded. lol Took a while to find parking, and we noticed that idiots were parking in the bike lane... oh yeah they got tickets. Classic.

Long Day

It has felt like a rather long day... don't know why... it just has. Wow that was some crazy dots. Lots of dots.... yay dots... Where was I? Oh yes, talking about my long day... rather uneventful though. Mostly doing laundry, watching tv... Invasion of the Body Snatchers is on... kinda interesting. Of course I've not watched it much... it just started. Lots of things to do before 11... will I have time? Of course I will! Ah life... so good at times, so very very good. Started a new book today... I know what people are thinking, am I ever going to finish it? Heh... who knows. I did get to page 10 though... so that should make up for something right? Sure it does... uh huh.
