Woah I did not see that coming until Logan walked out to the car. I was like, "He's gonna die." He did. How dare they do him dirty like that! I enjoyed Veronica and Logan as a couple. I was rooting for them throughout the series and they finally got married. Finally obtained some sort of peace.
I get why the producer wanted it to happen. He wanted to go a little bit darker and needed Veronica on her "A" game. She does that best when there's tragedy in her life. Lilly Kane, now Logan.
Overall I enjoyed the series. I've yet to watch the 2014 movie that was made. I don't own HBOMax and can't watch it on Hulu because of that. So I need to find a different streaming platform to get it from. Probably buy it on Apple TV.
I already want to do a re watch of the entire series. There are some good slow burn story lines in there. Season 3 seemed to have a few major plot points, it wasn't as slow a burn as season one and two. That's okay with me though.
It's funny, there isn't a character in the show I didn't like. You know how you're supposed to hate the "bad guys" of a show? I didn't even hate the bad guys. I found them charming. Is that warped? Am I damaged? I don't know.
The thought of Keith retiring his gumshoe ways broke my heart. But they wrapped that up nicely, medication problem was causing all of his memory loss. No actual memory loss illness was happening. I was pleased at that.
I know it's been a few years since they did season 4. But if they did season 5? I'd be down to watch it. I've no shame in admitting that. It was a decent show. Too bad it was cancelled in its original run. Switching companies through a merger between UPN and WB to make the CW, and changing time slots and days has got to be rough on a show. That and ratings. But this was the golden age of television. 22 Episodes a season? Woo!
