Friday's Come So Slow...

Fri Jun 12 09:10:21 AM MDT 2026 Today is Friday! (Friyay!) But it feels like they come so slow. It’s sad when you look forward to the weekend. I’m not sure how that ever came on the radar, but that’s what this life feels like at times. I wish I didn’t feel this way most weeks, but that’s how I feel. It would be nice to be able to get over whatever is causing this, but what am I going to do about it? So many questions that don’t have a way of making sense. There is never a way to make sense of it all I suppose, that’s what this life is all about. If I had a way to make the future possible? I would so be on that. I’m not sure how that works though. There needs to be a way to make this life manageable. I doubt there seems to be a way to overcome anything. So many possibilities and thought processes out there, I doubt there is a way to overcome a lot in this life. Can't Sleep

Who knew... that's right... I can't sleep at the moment. I have a few thing set to record on the DVR... but that's about it.

Interesting how much the DVR has been used. We really don't watch tv, unless we've recored it... very interesting indeed. We catch the news once in a while... but not often enough to say that we follow it.

Found a few stories I started writing the other day... didn't know they were still around. I think I'll have to type them up and add them to my story website... hmmm speaking of which I need to get up and running... Still looking for a theme on that though. So we'll just have to see what happens.

Didn't Sleep

 What's the point of sleep anymore if I can't sleep? I don't think I slept any good last night. I was awake at 3 am wondering to myself, what on earth am I doing awake? Yeah, that happened. It doesn't make any sense. Fortunately, it's the weekend. So, I can catch up on sleep tonight. I don't have to be anywhere tomorrow, so it's a good opportunity to actually sleep for once. Whatever the case, I hope I'll be able to fall asleep and stay asleep. We will see what happens.

An Opposition In All Things

Long has been the story told about how there must be an opposition in all things. From the pre-existence there was Satan, Lucifer the Son of the Morning. In the beginning we were with God in his presence. We learned all we could while there. Until the moment we couldn’t progress any more, we were unable to become like God. So, we were given the opportunity to come to Earth to gain a body. A Savior would be provided to atone for our sins enabling us to come back to the presence of God.
