Life Isn’t Fair Kyle Eggleston This life doesn’t always seem fair or feel fair. Life in general can be annoying at best. But what do you expect when that happens? I’ve been feeling sleepy as of late, I don’t know why that is. It just happens. I wish I didn’t feel so sleepy but I do and I must accept that. But back to life. Why does this life feel so difficult at times? I don’t understand why it does. There are so many thoughts and ideas out there that could be explained to us all, but they aren’t. That’s what bothers me most about this life. Being able to understand or comprehend everything that’s going on...you have to figure it all out on your own.

Penguin Freaks Out Over A Baby Seal

Was sitting there this morning doing my usual thing. Sitting. I'm a penguin afterall.

Flipped on the TV, and saw this cute baby seal. I thought to myself, why on earth is there a cute baby seal on my TV? I mean a baby walrus I could understand, or a baby dolphin... perhaps even a baby penguin... but a baby seal?

Wrote a letter to the TV company asking them why they would show such things on MY TV of all things. Don't they understand I'm a penguin and I don't want to be watching seal porn on my TV?

They didn't quite know what to make of it... guess the talking penguin part was too much for them.

I'm now in the pound... yup they sent a dog catcher after me.

Oh well... at least I have cards.

Didn't Sleep

 What's the point of sleep anymore if I can't sleep? I don't think I slept any good last night. I was awake at 3 am wondering to myself, what on earth am I doing awake? Yeah, that happened. It doesn't make any sense. Fortunately, it's the weekend. So, I can catch up on sleep tonight. I don't have to be anywhere tomorrow, so it's a good opportunity to actually sleep for once. Whatever the case, I hope I'll be able to fall asleep and stay asleep. We will see what happens.

An Opposition In All Things

Long has been the story told about how there must be an opposition in all things. From the pre-existence there was Satan, Lucifer the Son of the Morning. In the beginning we were with God in his presence. We learned all we could while there. Until the moment we couldn’t progress any more, we were unable to become like God. So, we were given the opportunity to come to Earth to gain a body. A Savior would be provided to atone for our sins enabling us to come back to the presence of God. The idea that an opposition must be in all things comes from 2nd Nephi: For it must needs be, that there is an opposition in all things. If not so, my firstborn in the wilderness, righteousness could not be brought to pass, neither wickedness, neither holiness nor misery, neither good nor bad.
